I saw somewhere earlier that it's said by Chloe. I'm still thinking they are headed towards the Jack in exile thing and I'm not crazy about that idea.

Why not? It sets up perfectly for the movie!
Speaking of the movie, I already can't wait for the trailer to come out!! But the shooting hasn't even started yet..... lol

I guess I'm still hoping for info about the Red Dots or a Tony return and with Jack in exile in Europe it just doesn't sound possible. Plus if Jack's in Europe that probably rules out Chloe making an appearance too. I just like it better when he's interacting with familiar characters.

I found this in an article online, I just thought it was funny:
"24"- Jack is awakened from a 15-minute nap he started at the end of last season by a ringing phone. The secretary general of the United Nations is calling. Intelligence officers have been tipped that there is a terrorist threat against San Francisco; UN forces tried to intervene but were defeated by an angry troop of Girl Scouts selling cookies who didn't want to share the primo spot outside a Whole Foods that soldiers wanted to use as a stakeout spot. Jack, tired, hungover and in serious need of a shower, is seen being pulled shirtless from a London strip club. (No wait, that was Kiefer Sutherland.) Jack, meanwhile, methodically kills one guest star after another until he gets to the evil Vanessa, an elderly, sweet-seeming lady who calmly tries to tear out his throat with a pair of pruning shears after Jack refuses her romantic advances. Sad, tired and disillusioned, Jack decides to retire, at least until this whole British strip-club thing gets taken care of.
