OH my goodness! This episode was really bloody. Little bit predictable, but surprised that Jack went on a rampage in this episode. Also surprised that the ending was shocking since I was surprised that he died, which I thought that he would die in the next episode.
10/10!

That was Jack like I've never seen him before. I loved Logan begging for his life. What a weasel! They really aren't holding back anymore when it comes to the blood and guts.

OK, this episode was EPIC! The only thing I didn't like about it is the fact that we are only 2 hours away from the end of the series once the show finished...
Cole: "Has Jack resurfaced yet?" Chloe: "You can say that..." ;D
Everything about this episode was awesome, from Logan's reaction to watching the press secretary's announcement of his involvement, to the brilliant dialogue between he and Taylor, to the perfectly-timed throwback to S5 with that awesome score that was used as Jack stole the banana truck in the final scene before the first commercial, to Jack's Iron Man abduction of Logan, to Logan's sniveling (though, in his defense, he spent a hell of a lot of time picking out that tie, and Jack wrinkled it to hell! Damn you, Jack!), to Jack's killing spree of the Russians (that scene was played to perfection; no need to show Jack's every kill; the camera traveling from body to body until reaching Nogodamnpeaceinmytimeovich was pure gold.), to the reveal of Suvarov as the man behind it all (even though this reveal is seemingly way out of character of the Yuri Suvarov from previous seasons).
I'm hoping to see Aaron soon! Actually, I thought Chloe was referring to him when she said there was one person left that she could enlist to help. Oh well... Maybe Tim Woods will call Ethan and Aaron in. Tim definitely ain't diggin' Taylor's sketchiness as of late.
~_~_~_~_~_~
But I do have some questions / problems:
-Don't the Secret Service have armor-piercing bullets (or is that only the Secret Service for the current president)? Or are we to assume since Jack got his entire outfit from a former CIA operative who would know about Secret Service standard ammo, Jack's stuff was resistant?
-So Jack is willing to die to bring those responsible to justice, and for sweet revenge of course. All because of Renee. He said he has no plans of "coming back". So... what about Kim and Teri? Is Renee, a woman he's known for a mere 2 days, more important to him than his own flesh and blood??? That part is bothering me.

I never did hear if Aaron would appear this season or not. I heard mixed stories. It would be nice to see him appear.
I thought Jack was supposed to have a happy ending so I'm trying to figure out how being on the run is happy. At least that's how it appears it will be from my perspective.
Honestly, I was really hoping when Jack had Logan cornered he'd reveal someone who turned out to be part of the Red Dots. It really bothers me that they completely dropped that story.
It was kind of embarrassing for the secret service that they couldn't stop Jack. I still don't understand how he got past all of them.
I'm a little confused, why did they have Cole under arrest?

I'm a little confused, why did they have Cole under arrest? They found out that Cole was voluntarily helping Jack for that short time. And I agree about the Red Dots....I was really looking forward to some closure on that whole thing. But it looks like that may have died with Renee. Another great decision. *grumbles* And, Jon....I agree. As big a fan I am/was of Renee (and even Jack & Renee), I am very disappointed at how this has turned out. He may have been falling for Renee, but Kim/Teri are his family and how could he have completely not taken them into account here in regards to his actions? He just wrote them off and that's it? It is not right.

For aiding Jack, & disobeying orders.

I totally agree with everyone about how Jack is dealing with Renee's death. I know it's sad that she died but maybe it's like that. Also, everyone remember that the Russians shot Renee and this"24" so wouldn't anyone go cray in the course of 1 day. But he shouldn't throw everything away for something that will never come again.
NEXT WEEKS, AND FINALE, IS GOING TO BE EPIC AND ANSWER ALMOST ALL QUESTIONS!

I read somewhere that if Jack shoots the Russian Prez and Taylor, the series will have come full circle since it started off with Jack trying to prevent an assassination, and ends with Jack performing the assassination. Interesting.

Interesting. Oooo, that is interesting. I hadn't thought of that. One thing I'm confused about is I keep hearing about this confrontation between Chloe and Jack. Is that still coming or are they referring to what we've already seen?

Cyrus's article is up.
Everyone else is still focusing on Finding Jack. It shouldn’t really be that hard…just follow the trail of dead Russians…
“THAT’S JACK BAUER!!!!” Logan nearly cries as he sees him walking up. All three of the agents hear that name, and immediately pee themselves.

Just thought of something... why would Suvarov order the hit on Renee? I thought that was decided by Pavel / Nogoddamnpeaceinmytimeovich. Suvarov is way too high up the ladder to be the one who goes out of his way to order the hit.

Suvarov is way too high up the ladder to be the one who goes out of his way to order the hit. Yea, I was thinking about that as well. From what I remember, Pavel was the one being so insistent about it even when Nogoddamnpeace- inmytimeovich seemed reluctant. So, unless they are going to make it like he called Suvarov about it and he agreed with Pavel and ordered it....pretty weak though.
