Episode 16 - 5 stars
... which averages out to.......... 5 stars!
I'm almost speechless! Awesome stuff tonight. I was STUNNED by the ending, and even shed a few tears.
The dialogue was particularly good tonight, and the music scores were fantastic. There were very few plot holes, which is also a nice change. The suspense level was as high as it has been since S7's White House siege.
My favorite quote was what Arlo said about Dana and her molefulness. "Shoulda paid more attention to her face when I looked at her..." ;D I'm glad he didn't get USC-cabled to death by Dana.
Props to Anil Kapoor for his portrayal of Omar Hassan. He's got to go down in history as one of the best actors on the show, as well as one of the best and most realistic and relatable characters.
Still, I'm disappointed that the Alan Wilson Conspiracy will most likely not resurface. Russians... again? Seriously???
Also, I don't give a flying shit about the Peace Treaty. Can we get on with it already? Move on to bigger and better things... this is the final season of the series! It seems like Taylor's only objective is the Peace Agreement. She cares more about that than thousands of her own citizens.
Also, notice that Renee isn't wearing a vest all of a sudden. Is this a hint? Are they setting her up to die, or is it just a favor to all the male viewers?
WHO IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD PARK HIS BAD-ASS SPORTS CAR ON THE SIDE OF A BUSY NYC STREET AND LEAVE THE CAR ON, AND THE DOORS UNLOCKED??
